How To Start A Business

Start by focusing on what are the problems/frustrations/desires people would like to solve. Let me explain.


If you don’t start from these, you will end up with a very nice business or store front but without any customer. Just look at yourself when you wan to buy anything. You would look at the above pointers too. If your pipe burst. You rush to the hardware store. There, they sell thousands other things. Do we spend the whole day to look at everything before buying the pipe? Or we go straight to the problem/frustration/desire that you are facing at that very moment? Most likely you will do the latter. 5–10 minutes to get the correct pipe and off you go, right? Same thing for any business.

Step 2: Choose a problem/frustration/desire that you enjoy serving. The key here is “serving”. If you don’t like it, you will build a business you grow to hate(unless you buy over a business which you can’t because of lake of money). After you choose your niche, niche down further to look at more problem that still remain unsolved. For example. If you like children. is It children with ADHD issues or children with high IQ? then niche down further. Are the children with high IQ have the training required to fully enhance their learning, etc… You will end up with a few issues that still remain unsolved. Note: Volume is also important but the more specific the problem you like to solve, the more it will attract others to also “upgrade” their interest towards the offer you have.


Step 3: Use the keyword in the problem you like to solve and use the keyword creator tool to create a business name. For example I like to solve IQ children problems. I visit the website leandomainsearchcom and type IQ in the search. They will give me tons of combinations around that key words. I choose one with a .com extension.


Step 4: Now take the name with the .com domain extension and go to godaddycom to check if the domain is taken or not. This step is important because we do not want to keep building the business only to find out that we cross other people’s business. Legal issues will cost you more headache in the future. So don’t skip this step.


Step 5: Go to canvacom to create a simple logo by just choosing the logo template and just key in the business name in it. Don’t waste time so much to create a $100 logo standards. just a decent , readable logo works better.


Step 6: Create a new gmail account using the business name you now have. Every thing such as software, instagram, facebook, purchases, etc you put organize it in this email. This is to organize yourself later on. And this will help you delegate and keep track of your inbox / task/ calender better when you grow your business. You can also use other google tools like docs.google , spreadsheets and sites.google and share it with your assistant. Whatever they do, will be updated immediately, and you can see it clearly in real time. This is important especially when you get fiverr virtual assistant to assist you in real time. What I do is, I create a folder in my phone with the business name. in the folder, I set a few subfolders such as calendar, admin, task, budget & finance, marketing, etc.. Bare in mind 1 thing when you do this. The end goal is to have a manager to manage all this so you can gradually let go and enjoy life.


Step 7: Create a storefront. I encourage to start with an online presence immediately, selling digital course, training courses, ebooks, anything digital. Why? you will have a low start up cost, literally almost Zero cost except for the initial building of the offer. If you cannot build your own course, you can partner with other who already build the course work and will want to share the resell rights with you and you run the marketing. You can use affiliate marketing strategies too to sell other people’s digital or physical product or services. You can use amazon affiliate, amazon KDP if you like to sell low content ebooks, clickbank, digistore24, moreniche, offervault, capterra, kickbooster, yazing, cj, maxbounty, impact, jvnotifypro, warriorplus, jvzoo, flexoffers, shareasale, jotform, partnerstack, dhgate, globalsources, tradekey, and so on. Just type any of these in chatgpt and ask for 20 more related offer sourcs that you can tap on. Note: The accounts created in these offer marketplace must be keyed with you real names and details as they will want to pay / tax you later accordingly.


Step 8: Now go to answerthepubliccom and type in your specific niche. You will see other related questions with the search volume. These questions shows traffic volume and also shows interest. It also shows problems, desire, frustration they like to solve. Choose at least 20 and ask chatgpt/perplexity/deepseek/ gemini/chathub to create for you the article. Now you have 20 high search article that your audience can resonate and benefit from. You can use sites.google to group all the article into 1 place also. Use chatgpt to turn the article into infographics. with that infographics you can put on top of each article like a summary of the entire article. This Infographic can be used also at the instagram post of facebook group as something beneficial for your audience.

Step 9: Choose the related product in step 7 above according to the article that will help the audience solve their problem/frustrations/ desire. The key here is “related product”. If you put all the unrelated product, the audience will feel that their problem is not understood and like in step 1 above, they don’t want to waste time to look for the solution. Put it in a recommendation manner and ask chatgpt to write for you the call to action (CTA) towards the product. Put the CTA in the article near the solutions and tips area. Every article must end with an affiliate disclosure. Just ask chatgpt to write one for you here.


Step 10: Now you have a running website with automation from other offers that they will help you deliver to your audience. Your 20 blogs articles are laser focused on the key issues your audience are facing, making it sharable to others when they read. Go to chatgpt and ask “give me top 20 websites/ portal where this(key in the niche here) congregates”. When you enter the websites, you will wan to “speak the platform language”. meaning you want to make it sounds like you are there to genuinely share important and good tips that can benefit the whole community in that niche. After you provide enough value, you can then ask them to see your top 20 articles that you gather that might interest them also. Only tell them the tittle. and ask them to message you for the links to prevent blocked by the platforms. When they asked in your DM, then you share your link to your website you created.


Step 11: Rinse and repeat and enjoy sharing with your community. Check you dashboard of the offer source to see which product is hot and you can create another blog page featuring top products people buy. And so on. Don’t forget to enjoy the journey. ;)
